For an EPC in Tyne and Wear, Northumberland or County Durham I charge from £50 (depending on the size of your property) within a 20 mile radius of my office at NE61 6EF or my home at NE2. Beyond 20 miles I charge 40p per mile past the 20 mile point.

For an EPC with Green Deal Advice Report (GDAR) in the north east of England or the Scottish Borders I charge £160 within a 20 mile radius of my office at NE61 6EF or my home at NE2. Beyond 20 miles I charge 40p per mile past the 20 mile point.

 

I aim to get your EPC and GDAR lodged and emailed to you within 24 hours of completing your survey - 48 hours by 1st class Royal Mail.

 

If you are selling or renting your property you are required by law to have a recent EPC. If you are claiming Feed in Tariff (FiT) or Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) you require an up to date EPC.
